• Workshops


  • The SiNANO Workshop is a discussion forum in the field of nanoelectronics devices. Initiated by the former Network of Excellence SINANO, it is now organized by the SiNANO Institute with the Network of Excellence NANOFUNCTION
  • The Guardian Angels Workshop

• Summer Schools


  • The Sinano Modelling Summer School is a comprehensive set of classes aimed at doctoral or postdoctoral level researchers from both industry and academia. Via a programme consisting of lectures, tutorials, advanced discussion groups, students will expand and refine their knowledge of the design, optimization, simulation and characterization of cutting edge NanoCMOS devices,  with the world's leading device simulation and electrical characterization experts.

 

  • The MIGAS Summer School is addressed to PhD students, engineers and researchers coming both from the university and from industry of the semiconductors. Through a program based on lessons given by the best international scientists, the participants will be able to improve their knowledge on state of the art and future nanodevices.
