Passive optical elements including microlenses and zone plates fabricated in PMMA, diffractive optical elements (DOE) and phase–only holograms. We specialize in manufacturing custom designs according to customer’s needs and guidelines. CEZAMAT also develops an SiN photonic platform offering a flexible set of photonic building blocks for our customers. We manufacture structures on 4–inch wafers (scalable to 8–inch).
